  • Every child develops at their own pace, but we have experience working with young singers as early as 1st grade. 

    Lessons for this age group are specially tailored to present material in developmentally appropriate ways using materials that are engaging and fun. 

    Young singers begin with healthy basics like posture, ear training, games, fun song repertoire and more! As the student ages and matures, lessons become more advanced with technical concepts and more challenging musicianship skills.

    Lessons for this age group are specially tailored to present material in developmentally appropriate ways using materials that are engaging and fun. 

    Young players begin with healthy basics like understanding the instrument, fundamental knowledge of sound and rhythm.

  • Lessons start whenever you are ready! We typically see higher enrollment over the summer as students have freedom to try new things, at the beginning of the school year and in January with the start of a new semester. 

    No matter when you start, you first bill is prorated based on the start date, then monthly from there. 

  • Mr/s Kuhl has 12 years experience in the private studio with much success. She has experience training young teachers as well and was considered a master teacher at her last studio she founded and directed for 7+ years. She is well-versed in how to work with students one-on-one and key skills students need in all development stages.

    Her students develop healthy habits and a positive approach to growth and discovery. 

  • Your investment in your music growth is invaluable! We do not bill per lesson but rather per membership. Lessons with the studio are all inclusive of lessons, materials, included reschedule days, performances, lesson planning, creating new experiences and continuing education, etc. so it's not as simple as dividing tuition by the number of lessons.

    But for the sake of a breakdown, tuition for 60 minute lessons is $360 a month for 9-10 months and 45 minute lessons is $290 a month for 9-10 months.

  • For online voice lessons, all you need is a good internet connection, a primary device to login to our Zoom room and ideally a secondary device to play a track for yourself. For in-studio lessons we will use a pitch reference like a piano and for at-home lessons you will need a piano or electric keyboard.

    For online piano lessons you need a piano, good internet connection, and a primary device to login to our Zoom room. You'll also need books that will be recommended for purchase by teacher. Every student is different so those recommendations are given based on age, interest, and experience level.
